The trade show design needed to engage, delight and surprise a new audience whilst as a new brand, build credibility. The wall depicts a montage of the d3o athletes that have been testing the product along with user created video content. To surprise and delight, we designed a unit that contained 'pure d3o intelligent molecules' which is effectively the raw material inside d3o to dramatically demonstrate how d3o's intelligent molecules lock together in a very interactive way. You can squish it between your fingers but when you hit it with a mallet, it solidifies instantly. This was an absolute crowd pleaser.
Print solutions for d3o needed to be dynamic to stand out and fit comfortably in the extreme sports environment. The use of a fluorescent orange was key to its success.
